Welcome!
I, my wife Robyn, and our youngest son Zack, live just outside of the western town limits of Kernersville.  I got my ham radio license in February of 2019 and have thoroughly enjoyed the hobby ever since.  Electronics work has been part of my job or hobbies since before I was a teenager and ham radio was an easy transition.  I can be found most Tuesday evenings at 7:30 on the G.A.S. 145.250 FM repeater (- offset, 97.4 Hz tone).  Robyn and I have an RV and love to go camping whenever our schedule permits. We try to go to a marriage conference each year because anything worth having is worth the effort to keep healthy. More boring miscellaneous pics down the page.

I'm not a carpenter!
This was born out of necessity: My father had both of his legs removed and uses an electric wheelchair. All of the entrances to our house had stairs, so Jim, a good friend of mine, and I created the "STRAMP" (STairs or RAMP.) It works perfectly and converts quickly.
